Archford Accounting, LLC is seeking a dynamic individual with a diverse set of skills to fill the Senior Tax Accountant role. They will be assisting Archford Accounting, a growing firm with multiple locations (currently Edwardsville, Swansea, and meeting rooms in St. Louis). Archford’s service lines currently include Wealth Management, Accounting, Business Consulting, Retirement Plans, and Philanthropy.
The Senior Tax Accountant role will be responsible for assisting with management of the client relationships and formulating and implementing advice and keeping individuals and businesses compliant with various tax regulations. They will be assisting with processing client financials, correspondence and reports, data entry, and tax preparation for individuals and businesses. They will work closely with Tax Managers and other team members to ensure exceptional service to the clients.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 5+ years of client facing public accounting experience
- Strong client service & team mentality
- Motivated by helping people
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
- Aptitude to understand client concerns, questions, and problems then identify appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, UltraTax, Salesforce/CRM system, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Outlook preferred.
