Ellie Stuckel serves as Director of Business Development at Archford, where she leads initiatives focused on organizational growth, strategic partnerships, and client relationship development.
In her role, Ellie works to identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and build long-term relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders. She collaborates across teams to support revenue growth, strengthen brand visibility, and advance business development strategies that align with the firm’s broader goals. She is especially driven by opportunities to help others succeed, finding fulfillment in building trust, creating value, and supporting people as they navigate important decisions.
Prior to joining Archford, Ellie was an Account Executive at Paycom, where she partnered with organizations to improve payroll, HR, and workforce management through technology-driven solutions. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Leadership and Policy from the University of Missouri and received a sales certification from the Trulaske College of Business. Ellie’s commitment to helping others has also been shaped by her involvement with Tri Delta at the University of Missouri and its partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she participated in fundraising and philanthropy efforts that strengthened her passion for community involvement and giving back.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, trying new restaurants, and being with family and friends.
Alexis is the Compliance & Operations Manager at Archford, bringing her experience from the education sector into her role. She manages various compliance, HR, accounting, and payroll tasks at Archford, and works closely with internal team members and external vendors to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Before joining Archford, Alexis dedicated her career to education, working as a classroom teacher and in higher education administration. In her most recent role, she managed student account revenue and collaborated with various offices across the campus to enhance the student experience and move the university forward.
Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Bellarmine University and a Master of Business Administration from McKendree University. Her academic background and professional experience make her a valuable addition to the Archford team. She is passionate about making a difference and uses her expertise to help others reach their personal and professional goals.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs. She is an avid reader and enjoys trying local coffee shops and restaurants, as well as cheering on the McKendree University basketball teams.
Amanda White brings close to 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant to her role as Chief Financial and Compliance Officer at Archford. With a background in public accounting and leadership roles at both regional and national firms, she has developed deep expertise in working with closely held businesses, family enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals.
Amanda oversees the firm’s financial operations and regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to industry standards. She is responsible for internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting, as well as guiding strategic initiatives that support Archford’s long-term growth. In addition to her executive responsibilities, she manages Archford Accounting, where she advises business owners and individuals on tax strategy, compliance, entity structuring, and succession planning. Amanda frequently consults on complex business matters. She is often sought out for her ability to translate complicated financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies for clients.
As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®), Amanda helps clients and attorneys navigate the financial aspects of settlement negotiations and court cases. She has also provided litigation support and expert testimony in divorce proceedings. Amanda earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from Saint Louis University. She is a past president of the Missouri Society of CPAs – St. Louis Chapter and was recognized in 2013 as one of the St. Louis Business Journal’s “30 Under 30” honorees.
Before joining Archford, Amanda served as a Tax Manager with BDO and Brown Smith Wallace, where she specialized in tax planning and compliance for privately held businesses and their owners. Since becoming one of Archford’s earliest team members, she has played a central role in shaping the firm’s infrastructure by developing accounting policies, implementing software systems, and establishing operational best practices.
Outside of her professional work, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her three children. A lifelong lover of the ocean, she takes every opportunity to recharge at the beach.
Isaac Young is a Wealth Manager at Archford. In addition to servicing clients of his own, he supports Strategic Wealth Advisors and assists with daily operations to enhance client experiences.
Isaac graduated Summa Cum Laude from Grove City College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management. He is a recipient of the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society and the Highest Honors in Finance.
Isaac enjoys helping others as he is called to do. He is an active volunteer within his local church and community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, playing and watching sports, running, and listening to podcasts to stay up to date on current events.
